Once my plants are around 10 inches tall they need water about every 2 days. Once a week i give them just water and calmag. This is to prevent any build up in the soil. You should not be needing to water daily and could be over watering, you want to soil to dry out. This will provide more oxygen to the roots and boost growth/prevent stunting. If you need to water daily your pots may be too small. Coco and soilless mixes are a different case. Fwtw im in 5g smart pots with Happy Frog soil.
