are those people doing hydro or soil though? also, i know there is cal and mag already in tap water but i still use it and never have a problem with it. i just use the ces mix chart. white widow can only take about 70% of the nute mix. other strains i mix 150% of what ces says.
Im running with blackberry kush! I use coco on a drip system. Most of my people use ebb and flow.

Sweet handle btw. I just started using silica and copped some cal mag. I will introduce an 1/4 strength and see what happens.

well you want to have your water down to the ph you want it at (5.5-6 for hydro), when you mix in the micronutrients they cause a temporary drop in the ph (to about 4.0-4.2). after they are absorbed the ph will come back up to where it was originally adjusted down to (5.5-6). however due to air exposure and god knows what else, while the water is in the reservoir it will not remain at 5.6 or whatever you adjusted it too originally. eventually it will creep and try to go above 6, so one must keep an eye on it and keep it adjusted down.

Is that simpler for you to understand?

you may not need much cal mag using coco as i do because i use hydroton.

I change it depending on the strain. if it is a greenhouse strain i just go by what they recommend. if it isn't and i know of no suggestions i just keep it somewhere between 5.6-5.8. It veries that much anyhow, plus you have the error in the ph meter as well, so its not an exact science anyway.

Its not exact but it is good enough for the girls i go with :hump:

if your using silica blast when you run out you should try pro-tekt by dnya grow. its 3.0% instead of .05% and that shit works hella gud. also the hydrozym works hella gud with soil and hydro. gud luck with your grow. im from nor cal to like to see people from the north do gud.

exemptions?

its real easy to get a card, i go to school in p-town. to get a med license you will need to get an OR ID (for this you will need a piece of mail with an OR address as well as a birth certificate) you then take your medical records to have them reviewed by the hemp and canabis foundation (or another company like this) what you need to qualify is 3 doctor visits within the last two years for pain caused by the same reason. this can be migraines, back pain, cancer, and so on. when they establish you have enough medical history to qualify they call you to make an appointment with the doctor. if you get to this point you are already approved. you then go into the dr.'s office and pay them $180 to see the doc. you then just talk to them for a sec and they sign off your papers. you then take those papers to the dept. of human resources (just down the street) and pay them another $100 and they stamp your paperwork. you are then a legal MMJ patient/grower. you will then receive your card in the mail a few months later, but until then your stamped paperwork is your license.

6 flowering and 18 one foot diameter or smaller. if you have an id call an office in ashland and send them your records, you could get a card now. you wold just need to have an address to put down on your forms as a grow site and for a place for them to mail you your license.

the only thing that neds to be done in person is seeing the doc. everything else can be done through the mail. i imagine if the doc would get on skype with, it could be done that way as well. it really is not much work at all, especially when you consider what you get in return. the hardest part for most people is rounding up the appropriate medical records.
