water damage on leaves?

I had to water a little late in the morning yesterday (10:30 am)and got a little water on the leaves of some plants not being careful. Its was pretty hot already and i damaged some leaves on my 2 week old clonessl. Something to worry about? Can it be fixed?

that is from the water but not because you got it on the leaves...you using tap water bro? if so are, areyou at least letting it sit in a container in open air (no lid) for 24 hours so the chlorine evaporates before you use it to water? are you aware that there are minerals in the tap water that could slightly harm your plants and that in an ideal situation you should use distilled water?

Nothing the matter with using tap water. Most tap water contains such low amounts of chlorine(which plants need in trace amounts) or chloramine it really causes little harm. Container plants have lived on it for decades. It looks like to me its a touch of nute burn. I wouldnt worry about it much. Just monitor new growth. Being new to growing, feed,water,water,feed water, water until you get the hang of reading plants and feeding.

Simple and true.
You have to take the time to get to know what the plant wants and needs.

How often do you water? I want to say maybe a little much water mixed with a bit too much nitrogen. Whats the nitro level of the nutes your using? I would also say if your are using tap water the ph is a bit too high. If you do not figure these things out she could die. Also whats your daily average temperature?

Or a water filter, buying distilled water all the time to water your plants would be a pain in the ass. Especially if you have quite a few. Hydrologic big boy water filter with KDF upgraded carbon filter works great, removes any undesirables from your water. No need to let it sit out either, use it right away. Also pressure comes out of it as fast as it goes in so it doesn't take forever to fill a rez.

My plants love my well water.
ro or distilled water is only important if you are trully trying to max out your ppms or got really hard water.

it was probably the soil might be a lil hot for them

If you are not adding nutrients to your water.....then there is an over abundance of one kind of nutrient in your water or soil (nute burn is the problem) you can flush with water, transplant into different soil, or just leave it alone its not that bad

I was watering every other day but then I watered fed watered for 3 straight and this has been progressive since my last water the day before yeesterday. I sprayed organicide 4 days ago and they responded well the next day..

Also if you bought any kind of pre fertilized soil with time release.
every time you water you release more nutes lol
make sure its not this.

as long as your medium has enough AREATION you CANT over water really.
this is how most hydro works lots of air with that water.

Thats why I swear by adding 1/3 perlite to any soil/coco medium. The added aeration kicks ass and the plants love it. Pretty much impossible to over water.

When I started I used prefert soil. It worked nice. I only had to add budding nutes. Stay away from miricale grow. Water only when pot is not heavy. I just pick up one side of my pot daily. Heavy zero water. Lighter water. This will work with all soils. Water weighs the most. Your plant gets heavy as it grows. You will learn the difference as you go. Droopy leaves sometimes means water is needed.

Classic burn. How you did it I have no idea. Hopefully it will bounce back. Veg for a longer period so your yield isn't affected.

Droopy leaves when the pot is dry means to water.

droopy leaves when the pot is wet means no aeration. .

just makin it clear for the beginners
