Water Cure???

I've noticed alot of people having the same problem since the weathers turned so quick. Wet plants, that are ready to harvest, or need to be harvested for whatever reason. Someone yesterday suggested to me, that I wet cure. I thought they were just fucking with me, but now I see it again suggested to someone else. Can anyone offer some more specifics.
I.E. Cut the plant down, do you completly manicure before you put it in the water. Cover bud completely with water for 7 days, keep it cool???? Take out, shake off and hang?? and then it dries really quick??? anymore info would be great. I'm willing to try with some just to try it.

P.S. Thanks for advice yesterday, shaking them and 80 degree room with fan moving air seemed to do the trick, still have 2/3 plant to harvest, hope it stops raining.

Couple more questions, do you change the water everyday, or use the same water all 7 , is it in a sealed container, or have air blowing over the top.

I did water cure the right way and it sucks. even my premature unflushed bud are better than the water cured.
