Wasting my time? Please help!!

First time with autos (expert seeds: glueberry auto, cheese auto; royal queen: northern lights auto) and first time with an outdoor grow. I germinated these on 3/12, the beans popped in 4 days or less. But once they sprouted, they just sat there for at least a week with round/false leaves only. We also had a frost up until the middle of April, otherwise I would’ve transplanted earlier. The solo cup pics are from 4/24, the morning when I finally got my plot prepped and hiked everything out. The guerilla pics are from 4/30, yesterday morning. I feel like the growth was really stunted (from the start) when I compare to some other grow journals, and now it appears I have a pest problem and/or a deer ate two fan leaves off one of them...

Am I wasting my time, energy, and potentially risking my freedom and should start germinating again? Or can these ladies be salvaged with some extra TLC? And if so, what are your recommendations (neem oil? Deer repellent? Both? Something entirely different?)?

Fail, learn ,repeat...
I am also a first time guerilla grower.I failed badly cause i didn't protect my plants from birds and got eaten.
So i learned from it and give it another try.
You can do it if you keep motivated yourself.
Take a 2 L bottle cut the back and front and protect your plant with it till it becomes bigger(Protects from smaller animals, and birds).
When your plants grow remove the bottle and place some netting or place the netting and skip the bottle.
I just did it with a bottle cause i can't find netting now with the virus.
I am waiting to see your bud, post updates here!

Thanks for your response, I found some moth balls in a pod/stand meant for deer, rabbits, etc. and an organic neem oil spray that is for mites, insects, and fungus. Smells pretty bad but I guess that’s the point. Finally got a look at them this morning with the sunrise, they’re shitty pics even though I had my phone on HDR. Let me know what you think, I was considering regerminating some other autos to get a harvest in enough time to be able to start a few photoperiod strains. I’ll have to research but for about 20 weeks from germ to end of flower, I’ll need to start by the end of June to harvest late October. But I think these ladies aren’t looking too bad but I don’t know nothing bout autos.
Bless

Be sure the spray was 100% organic you don't wanna put toxins in your body later when you will smoke your bud.
Why regerminate?
Do you think they won't survive?
I wanna believe that if no deer will have access and if the spray did it's job you will have a harvest!
You can put insect traps to close trees, pretty cheap and efficient, no harm to the enviroment is done also.
They have a smell that insects like and when they get close stick to the trap.
But if the spray did it's job no need for that.
