Well you're supposed to use freshly harvested bud, I could only imagine using bud that's already been dried would ruin it.Tried this drench...turned the dry bud very dark and ugly.

Shit, I guess I forgot this post, I do this to all my harvests now , gentle wash with either water or H2O2 infused water depending on if it had mold or whatnot. Weed tasted the same, great tasting lemony golden goat , same high no weird discoloring like this other person is saying just lime green dank nugs after the dry. I recommend to do to buds if you have had to spray anything on them or if you just want to clean dust off you can spray gently as well just put directly infront of fan until dried then cure normally.@Yodaweed
Well?

Have you ever processed IWE's ? If you have you know you need to freeze your plant first then you process and its a much rougher process than gently dipping a plant in a water/h2o2 bath or gently hosing a plant off, you know it rains outside right?for getting rid of pm .....which I have NEVER had(touch wood) then yes but I fail to see how this would not effect the trichs in particular......any handling of trichs usually harms them ......so......how can this better a perfectly good plant........
Yea I fkn do no it rains outside I live in scotland ffs(no need for the sarcasm)IWES haven't a clue wot your on about......but I am willing to listen and learn..........as long as its in a respectful manner......Have you ever processed IWE's ? May I ask what process do you do this in? Do you do it like in the video with the same solution? How do you dry them afterwards?Shit, I guess I forgot this post, I do this to all my harvests now , gentle wash with either water or H2O2 infused water depending on if it had mold or whatnot. Clueless lout. Have you any expeience? Its a stupid idea and their is no "proper" way to do it. There are no positives
Can you go to my page and check out my plants and maybe give me a estimated how long I would have to wait till harvestingThen don't do it...just stick to curing
I thought the washing technique was popularized by Doc Bud on 420.Pretty much all of the high brix growers practice washing. The main reason is because they use a good smount of foliar ferts straight through flowering. Most feel that it improves the smoke and aids in even drying.
Ive done it several times and it certainly did no harm. On my last few plants i used the garden hose to rinse them thoroughly 2x before chop. I think i prefer the hose to the soak. I also use the foliar ferts.
The technique is discussed in great detail on 420.It has quite a few advocates.

5 gallon bucket from home depot filled with water and h2o2(used ed Rosenthal water to h2o2 ratio) then gently dunk plant in, after dunking hang upside down with fan directly blowing across for 1 day or until no longer wet. After all that water is out I move my fan back a bit so it's not so much directly on and then cure/dry like normal placing into jars with boveta packs in 3-5 days or when nearly snappy stemmed.May I ask what process do you do this in? You should definitely use a food grade bucket when using any chemicals, chemicals from the bucket will leak into the solution from cheap buckets.5 gallon bucket from home depot filled with water and h2o2 then gently dunk plant in, after dunking hang upside down with fan directly blowing across for 1 day or until no longer wet. You must live in California. In the real world a home depot bucket works fine. We are talking about a two minute soak or less in highly diluted H2O2 followed by an immediate rinse. This ain't rocket surgery. You should definitely use a food grade bucket when using any chemicals, chemicals from the bucket will leak into the solution from cheap buckets.
As a governance scientician i use surgical grade stainless vessels....lolYou must live in California. In the real world a home depot bucket works fine. We are talking about a two minute soak or less in highly diluted H2O2 followed lo by an immediate rinse. This ain't rocket surgery.
