Years ago in Nashville, TN a couple of guys came up with a genius idea. Coin operated laundry attached to a bar. This put two things under one building that worked like a charm. Think about. You find a place close to almost any college campus and you will offer something to kids that they need while they could do something they love. I'm not asking for investors, just throwing a free bone out to someone with capitol banging their head thinking of a cash cow that would pull in tons of money. Everyone has to laumdry and we are not lucky enough to own machines our selves. My wife and our go to a local bar right next to the laundry place we use while waiting for our clothes.
