this happens almost every fucking day! i live in a n apartment and the people above us have sex on and off from 5 in the morning till about 7!! and the bitch is so loud that it wakes me and my girl up! and its so annoying cause we would rather be sleeping then listening to people have sex. and to make it even better the person who lives next to us in the morning watches porn around 7 also! and he must have the volume super loud cause its so damn loud. i scream at them and shit but i guess no one can hear me.

WHAT DO I DO!?!?!?!

Call your landlord and tell them that, "Loud and unusual noises are emanating from apartment xxx." You should describe the noises you are hearing. I'm sure your lease has clauses for this, too.

Put it in writing if you are serious.

I dunno-- I think you should have some fun with it *evil laugh* crank up some monster metal or make a lot of really loud sex noises or yell out some instructions-- "dude she said she wanted it faster! pick up the pace!"

Kinda this, if they are up at 5 and banging everyday, then they must go to sleep kinda early, just blast music until the quiet hour at your building. All this assuming that you tried talking to them and telling them that they are waking you up everyday, and they were assholes about it.

I do not miss living in an apartment. Its great if you have good neighbors, if they suck it feels like a punishment.
