Warning! Worms are lurking in your buds right now!

I have to share my experience to help others.
I have two variety of plants that have some seriously sweet colas.
They look absolutely perfect from every angle on the outside.
After daily examination for critters, mites, white fly, worms and stuff and not finding anything, I notice 1 small yellow leaf sitting tightly in the bud ....AAARRRGGGHHHHHHH!

I pulled the little yellow leaf and it came out so easy, so I gently separated the buds to get a peek on the inside thinking i may have bud rot and I find significant damage with worm poop

. NO SIGN of damage on the outside NONE. just the little yellow leaf.

The worms have used the inner framework closest to the main stem like a subway between the buds and their smaller stems. Inch long demon fuckers from hell! Like 25 colas on one plant and so far 5 buds are fcked up. Its too dark to see now so I will inspect tomorrow for more. Wish me luck. 2 weeks to harvest.

You should pay close attention if you notice even the tiniest damage in a maturing cola....
just to be safe.

I like your name kushmommy lol.Yes the caterpillars eat the buds from the inside and shit in them and leave bud rot behind. It's hard to find them since they are on the inside.you could buy some "safer brand caterpillar killer"it's organic and you could use it up to the day of harvest, but I wouldnt use it the last couple of days do to smell.
