wanting to start grow room, concerned about odor

I am planning to start multiple grow rooms in various upstairs attics.

The main attic is about 10-15 feet square. I'm looking to do anywhere from 20-50 plants in total, my main concern is odor stenching up the house.

Everyone is telling me to use carbon scrubbers this that and the other, but I am trying to have 0 odor, one of my friends told me it might seep down through the floors and that would be unacceptable. I need the smell contained within the immediate area within the house.

I am also building on a budget because I dont really have the cash, for instance instead of using proper light reflection material i am using empty insides of potato chip bags.

Any suggestions are appreciated, but the main concern I have is the odor.

how many would you suggest i have and is it possible for it to actually seep a stench through the floor to the downstairs?

Edit: im not meaning to sound like an ass but i am looking for really specific information, generalized bland answers are worthless to me. Such as how many of what, how can i do it on a tight budget how far apart should each be, methods to stop it from seeping through the floor if its possible(was thinking of doing 10 layers of trashbags around the whole thing taped together to prevent that)

Someone else should give you an answer. If I had to guess I would do 2 scrubbers, 2 Ionizers and 2 Ozone Gens.

You should also line the entire grow space with heavy plastic and seal the seems with duct tape. This would prevent leakage of odor. Don't forget to scrub the room down in case of mold and infecting that volume of heat/light/water.

you want to have negative pressure in the grow room. Just make sure your outake exhaust is stronger then your intake.

i was thinking of setting it up to filter air once a day but im worried how much odor will seep in that period, i was thinking if i can get away with changing the air around 3 am every morning without it stinking the house in the mean time i would have a way to effectively get the air refreshed enough to keep the plants healthy and at the same time safely get any odor to the outside when everyone is sleeping and it would have time to dissipate thus making it impossible for anyone to find out about.

Edit: I was doing growing outside in a underground cave i dug but termites ate through some of the wood support beams and if i had tried to replace it, it may have caved in, i could not get the plants out viably at the time and within 2 weeks it collapsed on its own, took me 4 months to dig that fuckin hole, poor planning on my part imo.

you always want to have your carbon filter running 24/7. you'll need to figure out where your intake is bringing air in from. Or you could run a closed system where there is no intake or outake you'll need an a/c unit for that though.

if you dont have money then dont do it. smell with 20 plants will surely stink up your entire house...and im pretty sure your neighbor will smell it.

well i just got a second job, for now i guess ill start with just 1 scrubber and a cheaper light setup and 2-4 plants, see how that goes and build from there, thanks for advice and warnings and everything else.

Edit: please explain more about setting up the "closed system"
