Wanting Seed Purchasing Info

I would like to purchase some high grade seeds on-line but I am worried about getting busted. I'm a new grower and I don't really know what the laws are regarding purchasing seeds from Canada, Amsterdam or anywhere else. Is this safe to do? I know on customs forms they have to list the contents of the envelope so everyone & their brother will know what I am getting in the mail, right? Do seed banks list something else as contents or how do they handle this? Any information I would really appreciate. I live in Missouri and I want want to buy seeds very bad but I don't want to risk getting busted.

AAAhhhhh, I'm NOT a Stranger, just a Newbie and have much to learn. Where can you buy good seeds in the States?

I SMELL BACON! If you cant find seeds on the web. I suspect you cant find your ass with both hands.
 
Finding the websites aren't a problem. There's a ton of places. I'm questioning the security of getting them by mail. For example what does the envelope say when it arrives. How is the custom form made out, etc. This is all new to me and legit questions smart ass.
