Want to Start

ive been interested in growing my own bud for awhile now but i dont really know where to start. I kno I want to grow indoors but I dont have the tools or much money. Can anyone help me with growing indoors in a way thats efficient and affordable? thanks

Yep! I would suggest (oo! I am!) a bubbler and CFls. CFLs are self ballasted. Soil would be cheaper than bubbler if you don't want to go hydroponic. Both will give you time, whilst they're vegging to save some pennies for flower bulbs.
