Want to start up NEED HELP!

Im moving into a flat with a couple of mates soon and i want to start up im thinking of growing in a little cupboard or something probably will grow maybe 2 plants.

I want to know do i need to buy these uv lights and have anyone found a way of lighting them but keeping the costs down maybe using a transformer or something.

How much are the seeds and which are the best ones. I think i might buy a already grown plant.

ive also heard that each plant will give off a ounce so two plants will give off two ounces and how often does this happen

The flowering cycle alone for plants is at least 7 weeks but could carry on as long as 14 weeks depending on strain...

You don't want UV lights, you want compact fluorescent for your cabinet...

People get more than an ounce off of a plant all of the time, really just depends on how you care for them.

what plants are really small so i can get quite alot of them?

Look at indica strains... they CAN get large if you let them get out of control, but they are much easier to keep small throughout flowering than sativa strains.

and while I haven't grown it myself, I hear lowryder is a very compact grow.

indica usually stay smaller than sativa. cfls don't take too much energy. chances are your computer uses more energy than it takes to light up 2 plants.

how much is ur electricty bill with all of those lights and how many are you growing? and how many ounces are you getting and how often? sorry bout all the questions just want to get started up the best way

Electrical costs out here in the US are probably very different from where you are...

I spent over 500 a month to power my 1 bedroom apartment with a 400w hps, and 2 AC united, and fans and all that. I pulled 9 oz off of 6 plants.

This next grow will be 1000w hps, so i'm expecting a larger bill...

if ur selling all of that u wud be making 1215 every harvest 135 a ounce in london mate.

135 an oz is a damn good price for dank. 300 for highs in my area...
