Two young males in their 20s are arguing. Male A pulls out his gun and fires. Now if his shot misses it could kill an innocent child. If Male B fires and misses it could kill a kid. If a random person or the kid pulls out a gun and misses it could kill another innocent child.

If anyone messes up or anything goes wrong people can die. If we use tasers or stun guns as alternatives for protection you would have less issues.

See my point? If you took away all the guns like in the UK and encouraged tasers or stun guns i think you would have less problems.

Kuroi, the cycle of violence has been endless ever since the first man took rock, stick and sinew and made Sharp Stick 2.0 ... Your scenario of "what if guns suddenly appeared" runs counter to human nature. It's bred into us to want to have at least weapon parity with the tribe over the ridge. cn

take a look at texas...I heard that their crime rate is extremely low, Most believe because Pratically everyone in texas owns a gun. So robbers dont wanna break in because chances are the homeowner has a gun and will use it.

When obama was getting into office/first in there was a rumor, just a rumor, that he was going to ban assault weapons. They sold record amount of assault weapons because people were afraid he would ban the sale soon.

Wonder whats going to happen again now.... Lol.

And for the record i would rather have assault rifles be legal and pistols illegal. That way we can shoot invaders/oppresive govts. but if a crazy is walking around with his rifle its obvious or harder to conceal (less likely for people to carry around and shoot off in the heat of the moment).

And dont forget that the supreme court ruled that the second amendment grants people the right to own weapons personally not just a militia.

1st off, my brother is borderline "prepper". He loves his guns. He would agree with you.

However I need to point out some flaws in your statement OP. You do NOT know if a crazy person lacked a gun that they would use a knife poison or any other means... You can 't know.

2nd. Owning a gun is one thing. But who needs assault rifles? They are for war. The 'Bushmaster" gun? Who the fuck goes hunting with that type of gun?

3rd. If banning ALL and I repeat EVERY SINGLE FIREARM in the U.S., would save the lives of children. Then I chunk the deuces to 'em. The guns, that is.

For those who will have a panic attack if that happens, get over it.

I don't own a gun, I have no need for one.
I am a expert shot at least back in the day, I'm sure I can still do good.
