We crossed the famous “Barney’s” Pineapple with our Cheese/Skunk #1 with the intention of breeding in to this new variety the essence and flavor of these two delicious strains. The result is an extremely vigourous and stable plant. Mould and disease resistant.
Flowering to a beautiful conclusion in just 55 days. The essence and flavour of Pineapple Chunk is immediately obvious. Its aroma of earthy Cheese X Skunk is backed up by a secondary scent of Pineapple. The taste is delicious and unique. Earthy flavours are underpinned by a strong tasty Pineapple aftershock.
Pineapple Chunk is most rewarding. A huge giver with a massive THC output and high CBD gives a powerful couch lock effect.

Dude this ain't on your list but check out grapegod by next gen. I'm growing their dynamite now and it's a winner.

medical seeds - sour diesel
holy smoke seeds - strawberry diesel
bulldog seeds - sour diesel
royal dutch genetics - strawberry kush

thoughts?

i dont know much about any of these breeders. anyone care to give suggestions or maybe shed some light on these breeders/strains?

they just sound so great to me...only issue is i dont wanna place an order without feedback especially if i order only to find out those breeders are crap!




edit: yes ima strain whore always looking for the next big thing. :p

sagarmatha is strawberry d-lite (a strain that also interested me.) apparently holy smoke has their own version as well. I'm considering either to be honest.

all those sour d...and strawberry choices i just listed is me just looking for the amazing hybrid...diesel and cough together sound nice but I'm also really hoping to avoid being disappointed thats what makes me such a pain in the ass I'm hoping for someone with some experience (smoking or growing) some of these before i dive head first. Ive heard nothing but good things about sagarmatha but haven't smoked/grown any of it first hand...

never tried holy smoke, bulldog, royal dutch either.


my time to choose is almost up...before the end of this week i need to have made my selection and it seems my choices are tough.

based on what i know if i had to pick this second I'd probably say greenhouse white rhino as its an established name with a proven history for greatness.

the strawberry kush, sour d, etc. choices are me trying to do what i did when i picked out my last strain (white berry...ie. white widow x blueberry) and thats combining two names in relatively unknown hybrid and hoping for a jewel...i haven't got a chance to try it yet but from the looks and ease of grow i think i made a good choice.

I'm just hoping to avoid buying a "sour d" seed or strawberry d-lite (whatever) and it turn out to be a dud, be difficult to grow, or (my biggest fear) is that it just SAYS its strawberry cough (or whatever supposed "known" strain) when in fact its not.

so idk what to do...ive seen so many breeders i know what most carry without looking it up at this point.

i have some of it looks really great (especially the grapegod) but at $20+ per fem seed its a little out my range at the moment.

im not trying to cheap out but i have to admit $20+ per seed is pretty damn high.

Top notch is the goal.

i went from a billion strains to an extremely short list (in comparison).

Barneys farm: LSD, Vanilla Kush
dna genetics - sour cream
greenhouse - white rhino, white widow, kings kush
holy smoke seeds - strawberry diesel
royal dutch genetics - strawberry kush
sagarmatha seeds - strawberry d-lite

ones in BOLD are the ones im considering the most.

the white rhino seems like a good investment simply for its history and status w/ smokers. (known for being of good quality)

the strawberry kush sticks out because its supposedly an og kush cross with a cali indica...

the strawberry dlite seems like a winner as its strawberry cough and nyc diesel hybrid.


potency and yield. some stability between phenos would be great as well (i hate having an 80/20 indica dom plant "supposedly" but grows tall as a sativa while the other phenos stay WAY too short in comparison.)...

anyone care to shed light on a list this small?

Well, being from the birthplace I swear by NYC diesel. Nothing is better to me. I just ordered my own vanilla kush, so I would go with that. Strawberry diesel, Helllll Yeah!!!!!!!!!!! The last one I would pick (as they are the strains I am growing now are the White Widow & Rhino. Not sure i would use them from Greenhouse seeds though. I use Nirvana for White Rhino and as for the White Widow it's a toss up of almost any of the seedbanks. I hope this helps...

i never had the honor of smoking the nyc diesel...im pretty sure nyc diesel is either mother/father of the strawberry diesel strain...i know for SURE its one part of the hybrid for the strawberry d-lite (its nyc diesel x strawberry cough).

thats what makes me ask about it online because i figure 2 top strains put together = super smoke...

i havent got a chance to try my white berry (paradise) yet but im sure its gonna be great as 1 is already flushed waiting to get chopped (waiting for a few more trichs to turn amber). those buds are frosty and smell of starburst (white widow x blueberry).

my gamble apparantly paid off (so far) and im looking for the next one.

i cant believe theres not one person with experience with strawberry d-lite, strawberry kush, or strawberry diesel.

i havent heard anything about holy smoke seeds or royal dutch genetics...at least with sagarmatha (in general and not considering their stock of auto's which i wouldnt use anyway) i've heard positive reviews saying they are a breeder of "top shelf genetics"...and that really is what im looking for but i heard a rumor that strawberry d-lite is a pretty small yielder...like 350 grams per sq/m...idk if thats true or not but my goal is 1lb per 600w light...i dont think thats too unreasonable of a goal...is it?

Not sure about the yields, that is still a foreign category to me. The strawberry d-lite and strawberry diesel I believe are the same. Strawberry diesel is strawberry cough and NYC Diesel. I haven't seen any posts of any "strawberry" type strains. I also believe that all the diesel strains are low yielders, that's why so many people that love the diesel are crossing it to increase the yield.

And, it's funny...I thought the same thing...two killer strains have to equal killer smoke...Let's hope we are BOTH right...lol

Keep us posted on the decision. I am going to do strawberry diesel & himilaya blue diesel on my next grow, but that's like two months away.

who's strawberry diesel are you looking at?

i thought the strawberry kush sounded pretty good as well considering its half og kush..its the other half that makes me skeptical...ie. "cali indica" never heard of that 1 before.
