alaska fish fertilizer for veg and miracle grow rose bloom for flower. Also get some superthrive and epsom salts. Use alaska fish fertilizer at 1/4 strength until week 4 of veg then bump it up to full strength..flush before flower then use the rose bloom at 1/4 strength until the 4th week of flower.Flush again then to get rid of salt buildup then...bump up to 1/2 strenth until 2 weeks before harvest flush.....then only water the rest of the way. . Add 1 tsp of epsom salts per gallon every other feeding throughout the grow. Do not use soil with time release nutes. Add Superthrive in every other feeding...especially after transplanting. If you are buying soil from walmart your best going with miracle grow organic and mix in some miracle grow perlite for good drainage. You will still end up with a few problems in flower but your bud will be flame I guarantee.

yep. thats miracle grow Shake-N-Feed. in a potted plant, shake out some into your hand, till you got about a dime sized cluster of pellets. sprinkle these around the top of your pot, and swirl the pellets into the dirt with your fingers (dont bust any roots) then water normally, dont use other fertilizers. this stuff slowly dissolves like a tic-tac feeding your plant. Shake-N-Feed is a mild formulation of the Osmocote system of agricultural fertilizers. its groovy.

if you are using the powder crystals be careful to ease into it...1/4 strength as stated is fine and build up....

Its powder says mix 1 tablespoon per gallon not pellets
well you got the water soluble formula. thats good too. just be careful, mix it at half str, and only use every other watering. when your leaves start getting pale, or stripey, add a little more of the powder to your watering can, if they start spotting or burning, flush them with water, and use less powder in your can till you get the hang of it

i figured the shake n feed would be better for ya, cuz it stays in the soil, and you just add water to the plant rather than mixing a solution. its the same stuff as you got there, but in time released pellets for easy use. you can raise the ferts with a few more pellets, and lower it if you screw up, by picking some out.

Well sorry to burst your bubble but starving a plant is as bad as overfeeding them! You see nute burn when you overfeed but you don't see the quantity lost by starving.

Knowing what your growing and what they want is the key. couple of good tools and you can dial them right in, without any guess work
Actually starving a plant is much better for them than over feeding...an underfed plant will find a way to keep itself alive, there is enough nutrients in soil and plain water to keep alive and looking alright for a lot longer than you might think...but when you overfeed you can effectively shut down numerous important plant functions thus causing death of the plant...so it is better to underfeed than overfeed, but better still to just get it right...You will yield more off of a plant that has been given too little than if the same plant had been chronically overfed.

Nutes don't make the sex parts pop out...what are you saying here?...I fear that you have not looked into growing enough yourself yet.

Yuck they try to mask the smell of dead fish with the smell of wintergreen...so you get the smell of a fish that died due to menthol cigarettes...it's gross..and too many other small eating creatures like it...I don't use it anymore..I can use it inside, because once it is mixed with water and in the soil I don't smell it, but seems as though our constant pestilence the field mice can smell it..and they fenaggle their way into my tent and go burying through all my soil...which is a mess you just can't believe...so I don't use the fish paste anymore...gross with a capital G
