the lights are good for vegging, cloning......

Buy another set of those lights.. I would love that light !

hehe.... i'd clone all my plants under that there, then buy myself a cooltube - 600w hps bulb... a digital ballast for mh & hps...

then veg & flower with same light.

peace

is that a single t5? i think one of those 70 dollar t5 fixtures for clones and mother might be cool with a 600 for flower. i have some things in mail but i will be set with a 150 hps for mothers, a few cfls for clones and a 400 watt hps in euro hood. i use a tent for flower and a veg cab thats gonna be a tent for mothers and clones/ i worried that the 150 will bring more heat issues to an already hot situation. in my closet heat was so bad so i got tent. it was same dimensions as yours. big inlines my only solution.

If you have 200 to spend total then you need to subtract a good portion of that money for fans and exhaust if you use a big light like a 400 or larger.

But it looks like you just want to grow a couple plants. In that case I'd dump the flouro you have and buy two of the $20 HPS's linked in this thread:
https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/113223-skip-cfls-20-150w-complete.html

Two of those would be many many times the amount of light you have now, and there's no way you can find a better deal than those $20 lights right now as far as lumens per dollar.

I'd also get a 6" or 8" ~ $40 duct booster fan to keep the closet cool, a few feet of ducting to vent it into the attic or wherever you can, and a couple oscillating fans. That still leaves nearly $100, you could DIY cooltube both of those, buy mylar, etc and have a really nice setup for next to nothing.
