Walk-in Closet Cabinet

OK. So I've decided to pull the trigger on my first grow. I will be building my cabinet from scratch. I have decent carpentry and electrical wiring skills. I have the tools neccessary for all carpentry and electrical tasks, to include a soldering iron. I also have residential interior wiring on a spool. Size is 6' long X 8' tall X 2' deep. There will be a 12" space at the top inside for electrical components and ventilation exhaust, and a 12" space at the bottom for ventilation intake. I am planning to use a 6" x 24" carbon scrubber with two 6" inline fans. One for intake and one for exhaust. The cabinet doesn't have to look stealth as it will be in my personal closet and unseen. I don't get much company at all and I have a spare room for overnight visitors on the other end of the house. Sound, vibration, and SMELL are my main stealth concerns. I will be growing in a good quality potting soil for this first grow. I will also be lining the entire cabinet in either Mylar or a comparable covering of some sort for light reflection. I don't like the idea of foil though. My reason for growing is meds for my PTSD. I figure I could comfortably grow 3 plants in this space. Personal consumption only. One for nighttime, one for the daytime, and one for fun. I will be buying feminized seeds for the first grow to cut down on potential males. My budget is $300-$400. I want to keep the electrical demands somewhat reasonable to avoid the obvious sudden increase in electricity. Next summer I can go with more a powerful setup, as I will have farm animals and welding to blame it on.
I need suggestions for the following from the experts (you guys):
1. Lighting
2. Fans and ventilation routing
3. Cost effective reflective covering
I know its a long post but wanted to give you all the info I have before picking your brains. I'll be buying the construction materials on/around the 1st.

Don't use an intake fan! The exhaust fan with the scrubber will not move as much air as the intake fan with no scrubber can and will create positive cabinet pressure (bad). Just use the exhaust and adequate passive intakes and you will get negative cabinet pressure. Running positive pressure will push air out of any cracks or gaps and it will smell outside the cab.

Right !
I have an exhaust fan sucking the air out of the box, neg press.
Then I have a portable A/C unit piped in to my vents down low, pos press.
The A/C has less blowing power than the fan has sucking power, so when A/C is on, I still have slightly negative pressure in the box.
If I turn off the exhaust fan, the A/C will blow the fridge door open, even with the magnetic door seals.

OK. So I only run one exhaust fan for the ventilation. Any suggestions for the fan? I would like it to be as quiet as possible. For the cubic feet of the cabinet, will a 6" system with the 6" X 24" scrubber be adequate? I would rather have bigger than what I need than to not have enough. The ventilation system is an element I would like to leave permanently. The lights will, most likely, be upgraded in the future.

Ventilation: 435 cfm, 6" I would think. You could do a duct muffler on the outside of the cab to reduce noise. Makes a huge difference. Two interior 4" circular fans.
Lights: 600w mh/hps, air cooled.
Check out Reflectix insulation, instead of mylar, repels mold and muffles sound.
Whatever charcoal filter you get, you can drill out the rivets on the lid and replace the charcoal for $15, when the time comes to replace.
