Wait a week or harvest asap?

First time grower here, my ladies are in week 11 of flower and sending me mixed signals. One on the left is turning yellow and has about 50/50 clear milky trichomes and most of the pistils are brown and wrinkly except for the main cola top ones that are still white. The one on the right however is still green (ignore the damaged leaves - had a calmag def) and has 50/50 clear to amber trichomes and most of the pistils are brown. So should I still wait or is this as far as they go due to stress and nute deficits?

Appreciate the help! What about nutes? I've been feeding straight PH water for 2 weeks now. They are quite slow at their trichome development and haven't made much progress except for densing up. In all cases they've beem slower then I read they should be. So maby keep them 2 more weeks and add some nutes? I'm a bit stressed because the left plants top leaves are crunching up and falling down.

You should have been FEEDING it - it is not dead and is still growing / adding weight etc. It needs food to complete blooming- you kneecapped it. Those yellow leaves will eventually go necrotic - something you do not need moving into bud ( causes mold ).

You should keep it healthy til end not starve it before.

Note that wrecked leaf will not magically go back to full green after feed. You are trying to ride out the last stages of maturity with feed. Once pigmentation drops out of leaf - it loses good photosynthesis .

Forgot to mention that I had runoff of about 2300 ppm, that's why I decided to feed only water, but figures I over did it and thaught they'll be ready soon so I should flush and that the fading is natural. My bad will, feed nutes at the next watering. Thanks guys!

That run off shows salt / nute buildup over grow.
You have most likely diluted / leached medium with two week water only by now . So plant has cannibalized itself .
Run a regular bloom nute feed - no boosters or other shit. Maybe top dress some fresh soil on top / water in.
