yea its one of the top of my list..... that and something from subcool. I ahen't tried any of the strains but they all look so damn amazine...
 
Ok quick question guys: Should I...

1) For my potential mothers in the veg closet, should I just flower all of those right now and then take clones off keepers (which would turn the clones into mothers)? This would provide more nuggets sooner and give me a better understanding to which ones are keepers. ;-)

or

2) Keep the original 10-15 "potential mothers" I have now in the veg closet and wait till they get big enough to clone off of. Then I decide which to keep and which to clone.

Regardless, I still have a good 15 in flowering right now, but most are bagseed and in crappy pots for now.

Any feedback is a lot of help.
 
I would be patient.... Maybe throw 2 into flower and then throw 2 more a few weeks later. Just for a little smoke and teaser of whats to come. Be patient....... I would at least get them big enough to clone before flowering anyway......

I don't know There is one strain that I threw into flower (only female I had) and then I decided I wanted it back so I kicked it back to veg, its been like 2 months since the switch and I just got clones off of it..... Hope to got they survive..... Its a good strain......
 
Quick update:

Threw about 10 more into flowering today just to get the ball rolling. If there are any keepers apparent in the first 2-3 weeks of flowering, I'll snip some clones off it and make mothers out of them.

I've got 6-8 still in the Veg box to grow into potential mothers.

Sorry again for the crappy picture. I'll most certainly have a better camera to use when buds are starting to show.

There will be keepers....def cut the clones early as possible otherwise it will take forever, and you will have to kick them back to veg, like I said it will take a while...... Take the clones with the fewest pistols......

Ok will do mate, just figured I'd rather get the buds moving and weeding out the males so I can have a better understanding what I'm working with. :leaf:

Doing the other route would just mean waiting a good month or so till I could clone off them, might as well just prune the lower 1/3 of the flowering ones since it's a SOG and make those into clone keepers (mums). :-P

Thanks for the feedback. I'll try and keep things updated, but for now it's just GROW GROW GROW!
 
yeah but wen u start pulling em out its the drying and smell and waiting and smell to deal with, its torture smelling it and not being able to smoke it lol.

lol true but when I smell it and see it hangin, my patience like increases cause I know it's going to be SUPER nice in the next 3-4 days.

Now it's just like FUCK I have like 2 months hurry the hell up! :cuss:
 
Same deal with cure...... gets better with time. patience is key to in my world otherwise I wiil start fucking shit up.....

No problem w1ckedchowda, Happy Thanksgiving and Thanks for having me bro, we'll blaze it up for sure homey.

IMHO: Tahoe OG has a strong citrus like scent, smoke is smooth and has a very relaxing head/body high. Increases appetite! good Wake 'n' Bake, but would also recommend for bedtime. :leaf:

You'll enjoy that for sure brother.

I did both ways. In my winter garden i wanted to have more bud quicker so as soon as I knew i had rooted clones I flowered the moms. On my TGA grow i knew the genetics would be better than normal and if I went that rout again i would be waiting forever for the clones to grow out enough to provide large amounts of clones. I flowered the clones and the moms have been putting out more than enough to keep me perpetual... It's just a matter of choice and what kind of time you want to spend waiting on numbers.....
