Visa checkcard Payment method work for any shops

My brother asked me to ask this question. He is living with his parents in the US and he wants to get northern lights seeds but he cant let his parents know because he lives with them and cant use there credit card. And we wouldnt know how to mail cash to europe. I gave him the idea of useing a visa checkcard which works like a giftcard. so I was wondering if you know of any seed shops that allow checkcards as payment methods.
I know this probably isnt the right place for this question but I didnt know where else to put it. And I am over 18 but cannot puchace these seeds for my brother for my own personal reasons.

dont really know, but i am pretty sure there are sites/seedbanks that will take paypal. And with paypal you can setup a checkcard/debit card/creidit card with them, and make payments via email. And its free and safe. www.paypal.com. Good luck!

Fuk PayPal, dont go with them. I am speaking from past knowledge...

As long as you register the card you can purchase from a number of different sites such as Attitude but you must use your "real name" and they must match when you make the purchase.

In order to register the card go to the website that is on the back of the card and follow the instructions.

You have to put your info or your not going to get anything,(they dont know where to ship). Dont worry bout the GOV unless your a kid thats is trying to get high in which you shouldnt even be on this site.

I though something else, na its a Giftcard but you have to setup the giftcard to have your info and when you make the order they confirm the info with whats on the account for insurance issues.
