Ahh hell yeah man; love the root porn :)

Nice shit bro keep up the good work... Been wanting to jump into RDWC just don't exactly have the room for that odd dimensions I'm working with...+rep

Thanks. Now that I have the system running properly from day one, I can really see the benefits to RDWC. Nice to see the crystals starting to pile up on the nugs!

I vegged that first round for 5 weeks. I had trouble with roots and that really got them off to a slow start. They grew like ground cover for awhile.

I was thinking that I would veg this second round for 4 weeks but they are taking off like rockets and unless I learn how to really train them, it looks like I will have to switch them to 12/12 earlier than expected under the 400 while my plants under the 1000 finish up. Live and learn.

Thanks for the comment.

LST is great m8, simple as that. Keep finding new places to tie down new growth and you might never top your plants again ;)

Thanks. I have lots of hot glue and zip ties!

And I have plenty of time. Still 4 weeks out on the flower room. Whoops.

Getting away with cool weather temps at the moment. I run my air cooled 1000 from 7 pm to 7 am which keeps the air temp in the low 70's. Going to have to figure something out for the hotter months. My shed is extremely well insulated. I used to go in there in the summer to cool off so hoping it's not going to be too huge of a battle. If it does start to be a hassle, I think I'll switch everything over to coolers instead of buckets and tubs but not there yet.

My water is about 70 now. Have noticed it creep up a bit, was in the high 60s but not enough to worry about it yet. I have been making sure to read every CHILLER thread. If I had the space, I would build my res. inside of a Chest Freezer and use an analog controller to control temps like I do for my homemade kegerator. Have seen guys take apart fridges and use the coils and freezer plate INSIDE the res and that just seems backwards.

I have to control temps in my brewing process as the beer needs to ferment in the low to mid 60s. I only have to deal with high temps for 2 months out of the year.

stumbled on your grow, we have the exact same setup. You're doing great, nice work! +rep
