That looks like the cloner I made years ago. When I was using it I kept the sprayers going all the time and just used plain tap water with great success. I stopped using it because I don't need many clones these days so I just use coco.

Looks like you have those in a tent with vegging plants. That's much too much light and is probably the issue. I don't put clones under direct light until they show roots. In fact one of the reasons I like using coco is because I can use small containers that are easy to move to some place in the corner where they just get ambient light.

I would say it's between the pump not running or light, but you said the lights always been OK so more likely the pump cycle.

I keep my clones wet 24hrs, I cut some 6 days ago put them in tap water nothing else.

Your cloner looks kinda big. If you lift the lid does water spray everywhere? They need lots of water spray.
Yep, I'm using a 2000L/Hr pump & water goes everywhere if I lift the lid.

Thanks everyone for your feedback. Next run, I'll run the pump 24/7, drop the res. temp. to about 19/20C & leave the cloner out of the tent to just get ambient light.

Wish me luck!
