Viparspectra KS5000 grow light plus some seeds

Its here, time to turn this beasty on

WEEK ONE
in the solo cups, royal chem greenpoint seeds, and valley chem, then Skunk cross ogkz, and crumble lime, all regs
power setting 25 %, liking this Viparspectra KS5000 alot so far

i like the way it covers the whole 4 x 4 tent and has easily adjustable power settings from outside the tent.

repotted today

so took the greenpoint seeds out into another tent, then went 12/12 with the other bigger seedlings

I have this light. I found I have to keep it close and at %100 for the first 3 weeks in flower, or the plant will stretch right into the light. Definitely strain dependant, but if you know your strain likes to stretch its something to look out for

So true. Love the light though

Light is great, it just adds to the learning curve for a beginner. Or even just testing a new strain.
Cookies gelato on the left, gorilla zkittles on the right. Strains sativa leaning can get out of control fast

yeah right i'll watch out for that, not to worried tho, as the strains im working with are indica dom, and the skunk crosses in the square pots, these will be the final pots as well, should take care of all that, plus flowering earlier this time might help

i only got it on 50% atm might bump it up to 75 sooner then

just started week 2 since flip

turns out 3 were males, only one of the trusty crumbled lime regs looks female, so next time i start with at least 6 or 7 seeds to in crease my chances

week three took out the three males
