Videoman, I don't know BabyGrow, but I do know you. I will say BabyGrow gave me helpful advise once. You've given me advise numerous times in your threads and in yoru links. I have followed many of your posts seeking advise, and I have seen he liked to argue with you ocasionally too. I'm not 100% sure about much, but I am 100% sure you are a very helpful poster here, always willing to give a helping hand to anyone, even the ones that appeared to be kids and very naive and just wanting to post.
I applaud your Thread here and I applaud you. Not just for your trying to be so helpful to everyone and anyone, but for the explanatuion you posted here too. I judge a man by what I see inside his heart, his intentions, not as he appears on the outside. Appears to me that you just swatted an aggrevating fly. I hope you can and babyGrow can find PEACE and mutual understanding. I admire both of you whether I agree with both of you or not. you are a dirt grower, and I am a Hydro grower. we're all different. Some of us tRIM, and some don't.
We are all like crayons in a box here, we're all different, and you'd play hell drawing a masterpiece with just one crayon. But with a box of different colors, different crayons, well, both of you are needed here.

I'm just hopeful this drama is over. It's very unbecoming of a stoner forum. Personally, I came on here to learn to grow, to share my experiences with others since I can't really go talking about my pot plants to anyone I know, and to exchange general info on pot. I did NOT come on here for drama. I have enough of that at my job and other facets of my life. I respect VM for the ideas he's always bringing up, regardless whether they are his or learned. Who gives a fuck where he got the info from, as long as we can learn from it. Not all of his ideas have I agreed with or adopted but he forced me to search and consider them, which in turn, helps me be more knowledgable. As far as Baby, I don't really know him or have had much interaction with him. I have observed he and VM going at all and always thought baby was a little heavy-handed in his responses. Did he deserve to be banned? IMO, absolutely not. But that's been remedied.

Let's all just move on from this and get back to exchanging grow ideas.

Fact is personalities and styles are going to clash. There isn't anything you can do about that apart from try and find the truth.

Even experienced growers can be wrong and this can be a hard thing to take in a public forum. Hence anger sets in and the red mist obliterates any hope of actually getting to the truth.

Being wrong should not damage the ego, it should make you realise that there is still more you can learn.

Cannabis is an unknown quantity in the botanical science world, of course there is still lots more to learn.

A good debate is an excellent way to learn more, and you shouldn't feel down when you find that what you believed is wrong, you should feel jubilation that you have found the truth.

You were the one that over-reacted the most in this instance. IMO.

I don't believe I was wrong but I did over react and for that I am truly sorry. Today was my session and we used all of it on my over reaction. Reactions are always bad and a response are thought out. I need to get hold of my myself and try again. It's like this the only thing that I have done right so far. My experience is water cure. It's like he said I didn't do what I did. I'm not big enough for cross hairs yet. My over reaction and the way I handled it was very wrong. I'm still very pissed and am working on it as hard as I can. Right now I shouldn't say anything because the way I feel about it is still not good. Right now I just know I'm wrong. I promise I'll do what I can to clean up my mess.

It was the potency thing where the confusion came in. Technically you were right but technically you were also wrong. babygro realised where your text could be misinterpreted and tried to correct this, ergo pissing you off in the process.

babygro wasn't exactly saying that you were wrong, he was merely stabilising your point.

At least, that's how I saw it.

Different stains have different types of high and I'm not sure how that connects to the thc.

The flavor and smell and other water soluable stuff gets removed by water cure so that has nothing to do with thc.

Mazar says I have 19.5&#37; thc <-- number guessed ) . My balls are not big enough to say they don't know what their talking about so I say this is right. The goverment says it's closer to 32% . Now that we don't agree it still doesn't matter and this is why.

If I have 1 oz of mazar then 19.5% of that is thc
If I remove 1/2 of the mass with water then I have 39% thc
if I remove all the mass (IE the vaporized white that taste like pine) then I have 100% thc

The guy only wanted to know the expected weight after a recure with water. Baby Gro did that. And trying to support his post ( SomeBody I happened to like ) I made a guess based on my experience. The only experience I had that was worth a shit. Both of use made a guess on something we did not know. He pointed out how could I do that with something I did not know. Then I get to eat a bunch of math thats not right and nobody agrees. He's right and I'm wrong and it doesn't matter any more.

My problem is I don't get involved with forums and this is my first one. I don't understand any of those special words and I showed my ass on the only forum I want to be part of . Now I'm afraid of being banned and rightly I had no right to say what I did and I am truley sorry. But still pissed and mostley at myself. Mostley because I work my ass off trying not to act like that. Today I got a big F.

My first forum too believe it or not. Anyway, as I said I believe you were both right... it's just that babygro worded it better. He did this to give advice to the noob so that he didn't get confused. It was babygro's fault also as he could have used more tact when rewording what you'd already said.

Don't worry about it, you can't get banned for getting a little irate, especially when you apologise straight afterwards.
