How is the temp in your area. Are you waiting till the soil is almost dry before you water them. The CFLs you are using are they the high CRI color rendering index, the ones from SunBLaster lighting work well for me. Better then the one you get from box stores.

hey man dont worry most plants wont start their veggatative growth until it has a decent root system. wht you should try doing is letting the soil dry completly then leave it dry for a day. then water. have them roots go searching for moist and youll see it kick into a higher gear.

Cool man. I just get discouraged when I see a plant that's 14 days from seed 6"+ tall and mine is barely over the top of the cup. lol. They LOOK healthy, I just couldn't figure out why they aren't growing.

Roadguy: Temps are 80-82 with lights on.

Sound alright man. I use a product called prpogator from Future harvest development. It give me a great root start, blows my frinds away when they see them. The other guys right about the soil want it to get dry between feeding, watch in soil though, I would do a feed then water so you dont get food build up. Try the propogator by itself for a couple of feed. Starting out with a good root system is important.
