Usually plants grow fine in veg under cheap LED's, or even florescent lights, so it's probably your soil , the strain, or whatever you are, or are not, feeding her.

But we'll need more info and a pic, without the LED light on, for better replies.

Actually MG is ok for a potting mix to start off with. Yes, something is off. You might have just got a bum seed. Is it 1 plant? Do you have more seeds?

And perhaps the seaweed was too much for it...I'm not really familiar with how p[otent it is, but the MG soil alone would have been plenty for a young plant. Try another seed without adding anything. Is your water good?

Hard to tell with the blurple light, but they do look healthy.
They look barely 3 weeks, not 6.
My guess is that it's your light.......possibly not strong enough or too far away.
What is the make and model of your light?

The little I do now the leaves are spot on pos little small not rite for age the light is no brand it was 30 of ebay didn't read review before buying bad idea if I say china most are fake from what I can see .what is a gd online shop but affordable

as long as they are small you could simply (and gradually) move the light closer (day by day) and thus, give them more light.... in the interim get a HPS/S-HPS system suitable for your growtent and that would be a good (initially cheap) growlight & flowerbuilder
