Very light pruning and defoliation?

So I’ve ran an auto before, but by the time it was finished I had a hard time reaching into water it. You always hear people talking about a Auto’s hate stress. But my question is if the only defoliation and pruning that I do as seen in picture do you think I will affect the overall yield?
