+ i want these plants to be harvested and cured by jan18...idk if LST and topping them will make the take longer to bud???

LSTing should not add more time to the bud production.
it's just a way for you to control the hight of the plant and get the CFL's light's that cannot penetrate the canopy to the buds and parts of the plant that are hidden.
When you Top you plant it will have to grow back so you can say that it takes more time, but when it grows back it can grow up to 3 more colas..

so i found some nutes in the garage....

so it says 1/2 tbs for every 2 quarts..... what whould you recommend?

like SICC sed, a quarter of that... so like 1/8 tbs per 2 quarts, or 1/2 tbs per 8 quarts

And your better off just putting them outside, if you want.

i would say its possible to get them to finish by that date....it depends really on the strain..if its a sativa...more then likely wont be finished by then.and yeah...those nutes will work just fine..just dont go full strength with them...and i saw someone say it wont finish in party cups...ummm not true...there are a few of us here growing in and harvesting in party cups from start to finish..and like they said..lst wont slow you down hardly at all..but topping them will..keep doing what your doing..asking questions...and you should do just fine man..keep up the good work..subbed up

w00t! more friends! and yea i would grow em outside....but im in colorado...and our weather is so god damned unpredictable. not to mention that it goes from 60 to 4 in one day out here =P. but im off to mixx up the nutes as we speak. ill post an update tomarrow?

yea they have been on 12/12 for about a week and a half...ive had to do it manualy though so there have been slight fluctuations in the light routine
