Trying to remember which one of the UK crew made the Black Rose x Exodus Cheese and the Cherry Cheese BX. Actually it may have been Tryna who I got the CC bx from and I believe it was Tip Top Toker who made the exo cross with some br beans I gave him. The CCM would be dizzles' from the Frost Bros (I hope those were not my ccm that I gave you lol I'll have to go check now ; ) And the Boom Mutha Fuckas would be from The HC line.

Gotta give credit where credits due mango especially when they are gifted to you ;)

Yessir! And the only ones that aren't from you HC, were the CCM. BBYY sent some down for us.
Hope it don't cause no more tension...

Passing the med man.. Who's in?

i'm looking forward to those BMFs too surely I won't get all male this time :) anyone know lineages on cherry cheese and black exodus?

my cheesequake reminds me an awful lot of sensi star except with sativa fan leaves instead of big fat indicas.

Depends on what my wife thinks of it when we visit next month... I think washington is probably a better fit for us for climate and location (west coast has benefits for us) but we'll have family in colorado... then again the family in the colorado is not really down with cannabis, although i probably wouldn't live in the same city... would probably live in the denver area. Seattle area if we went WA way... also, never been to washington so it's a bit more of a leap. I have a feeling it'll end up being colorado... CA is always an option as well as i'm sure I could get a medical and the climate is better. CO's legalization is better too -- can grow 6 mature plants with no medical where WA you can't unless you're medical... but medical is way better on plant limits in WA :)

I don't think you can lose between those 3 states. I tend to think living near family is good... but then again, I'm blessed with a fam I actually like.

You guys and your genetics make my head spin. It's good though that someone is making amazing new strains for peeps like me to enjoy growing.

I thought Washington just passed legalization?

"Starting Dec. 6, Washington residents over the age of 21 may legally posses one ounce of marijuana. There will be penalties for driving under the influence and state taxes on the drug will add up to 40 percent."

What's happenen mango tango!

Can't help you with the Cherry Cheese bx right now but I'll figure out where it came from,,,,it was either T or one of the UK crew.
Tip top made the Black Exodus. BR was Heaths' shoott i forgot his name lol baby. Robinson? Anyways,,,,,,they came to me from don as f7s and I made a batch that was running around here quite a bit about a year ago. I didn't make a whole bunch of beans, its almost more of an ornamental plant lol jk. Maybe the barney purple pheno was but there was a green pheno that was less common but had more potency. So TT got those as f8s and made a cross with his clone only Exodus Cheese. Thinking if I was you sensei I would be looking for the cheese pheno ;) More viney is what you want to look for in veg. The BR grows straight up with fairly strong stalks.

I had a BSB that was Black rose Dom. It was a stick of bud. Hardly any branching, and dark purple with an odor of flowers... Almost potpourri-ish. Not much to speak of high wise but it was very pretty.

Bubbamaster looking fantastic. Massive first two sets of real leaves and very healthy. Almost catching up with seedlings that went in like a week n a half before.
Got the g13 x Hashplant(2), modded cheese(1), mystery BB(1), C99(2), smash hole punch(2), and BubbaMaster(3).

Gonna wait a while before I do much else.

Gonna be interesting in a few months... we got more strains than we know what to do with ;)

Started harvesting today on day 57... all the aces down... cheeses coming as well... will give the others a week or so more to see if they chunk up any more.

Harvest looks to be very disappointing by weight as far as what I hoped for... haven't weighed anything yet but I just can't see based on past experience that these guys are gonna get me 1.5oz each... not enough branches and not buds not big/dense enough...

Next flower i'm gonna do super soil vertical and horizontal side by side... if the super soil doesn't improve results, i may drop the whole vertical shelf thing altogether... if the harvest isn't too pathetic weight wise hopefully i can use some cash to get a light mover that would probably help too :)

Oh and on top of the yields not being what I'd hoped for... nanners everywhere it seems

Nah they are fine... means if they'd stayed that way long enough they would've tried to make hermie seeds and that my cuts of those are prone to that in the future... meaning i'll probably be looking at replacing those cuts with something that doesn't hang dong all over my girls. It's good bud, my only concern is how much i'm gonna get... i do not think it's going to be a pound that's for sure unless my apollos really add some weight, which they might... i ended up only taking down the ace of spades and one cheesequake today... i decided the other cheesequake could go for another week

So I just did a count... and this morning up to cutting I had 57 plants in various stages...

11 seeds germing in soil (a few broke soil today)
10 seedlings
10 flower cuts rooting (the first 3 just now starting to resume veg growth)
12 november flower girls
9 december flower girls
5 vegging plants from cuts

Can you tell by the # of seedlings and cuttings that I plan to not have a repeat of november (no plants ready to go in to replace the ones that just came out) and december (only 9 plants in small pots = a repeat of november with even lower yields)... january?? probably only one plant harvested... maybe 2 if that cheese in flower takes as long as it looks like it might (could be a 12 week-er as sativa as it is -- meaning only 8 plants harvesting in december...)

My consolations...

* Harvest is happening :)
* Never again!
* That ace of spades beast could very well yield up to 6oz if I work it -- i'm gonna do it the exact same way I did the ones I got 4 oz on... and those were smaller plants in smaller pots... this plant makes those look puny... if those yielded 4 then this one will yield....? I estimate if I can get 1/8 off each growth shoot 6oz.... should definitely be doable, if not even better if I am lucky. Only bad thing is if I do repeat the results from the first round it means abandoning the vertical shelves (or spending a lot more time dialing it in) and buying more LEDs... if I repeat same results as last grow and get some monster yields I will probably buy another half dozen new lights and just have an entire room of LSTed mega bushes... now i'm envisioning new custom shelves made for these LST beasts... hmmm... puff puff

December girls... i'm not really too hopeful for much better yields, but we'll see... it's back to super soil for me

Top shelf girls.... believe that's grape apollo on the left, blue cheese x lush on the right, then another blue cheese x lush, adventure mix, and cheese x cheese
decgirls1.jpgdecgirls2.jpg

Then on the bottom shelf we got an adventure mix and the 4' cheese plant.. .seems to have mostly stopped stretching I think, and it was 2' before flower, so not really a crazy stretch... very thin sativa leaves though
decgirls3.jpgdecgirls4.jpg

Another adventure mix and the smaller sparkle...
decgirls5.jpgdecgirls6.jpg

All the girls on the big wall of weed. This batch has grown like i expected as far as a wall of buds, but the proof is yet to come on yields... they are definitely doing better than the last batch in some respects, a little behind on bud sizes... maybe because i didn't really lollipop these much.

So I was reading in the harvesting section on a thread debating best way to dry... I ended up doing a test of 5 different ways... will post results here as well...

1. hanging whole plant untrimmed, upright
2. hanging whole plant untrimmed, upside down
3. hanging whole plant trimmed, upside down
4. hanging branches trimmed, upside down
5. untrimmed plant drying in soil (death by drought)

I sure hope there is no such thing as karma from treatment of plants :) i'm kind of a mass murderer... well serial killer at least.

The 4 aces are hanging, the one in soil is cheesequake
