Vertical LED Strip Lights

I've been thinking about adding some LED side lighting to my garden in addition to my HID lights. I came across this picture and thought this type of vertical hung LED would be perfect for getting right down on the side of my plants to help lower bud development. Anyone know who makes lights like this or anything about them???

Thanks, I really need to do my homework before I commit to anything, I know absolutely nothing about LED lighting....

Then, you 'll need a lot of study to do,also....
Tip: Since you're just interested about supplementin' HIDs with leds, just add wavelengths that i.e. HPS lamp is missing..
Like blues (440-470 nm ) and deep reds (640-680 nm )...Do not bother with white leds at this particular case of yours...
Already ,HPS supply a good deal of (really warm ) white light...Go for what's missing...
Do not bother with emitting angles less than 90° and better stick to 1 Watt chip leds.
(on contrary to what is believed as "good penetratin' power ",meaning '3','5', or more Watts of led chips..)
.And try to place them not only on sides...Better diagonally ,all over plant(s)...

Thanks again. I have quick question while i'm at it... Aside from the build quality, what is the main difference between all these cheap ass LED fixtures i see all over ebay and the pricey one people use getting good results with?

-Efficiency.
-Long life.
-Precision.(operating voltages,wavelength,output power )...
.....
And bigger cost,of course ....(usually at 10x range per diode ...+1000% )

Gotcha! I guess i paid much attention before but going back and looking at the ebay crap again i see that the cheap LED's are all low wattage ones. Thanks again!

What stardustsailor said and also:

- PCB materials, thickness
- Weld materials, craftsmanship
- Wire quality
- Driver quality

yeah you get the idea. :)
