vertical Grow Cabinet!!!

hey guys what to you think will do a better job for 8 autoflowers.
-one 400w hps
-or two 250w hps

...btw this isnt for vertical grow i changed my mind =)

I had an easyryder that got to 26 inches and pulled about 150 grams dried from her.

im pretty sure this is my final decision any opinion? i need help with info on ventilation setup!!!

I used a 400 watt hps, 3.5 gallon bubbleponics, and foxfarm nutes. The plant went a total of 12 weeks. Half of the plant was harvested at 10 weeks then the other half at 12. first half i pulled over 90 grams the second half i pulled about 20 grams smokeable and 35 grams scraggly buds which got used for hash and cannabutter.

Good choice! +Rep to you. I like the more "traditional" setups.

How many plants do you plan on growing in the new setup? Still 8?

go with the 400w one, they cover a 4x4 space anyways and since yours is at that dimension should be perfect....

The best vertical setup I have seen was this:
1. a 600W and 250W, with 600W on bottom in a vertical glass setup sucking air from bottom.
2. Two DWC Rubbermade containers on either side of the vert setup with 2 HUGE plants in each one.
3. Two large screens laid out vertically infront of the setup.
4. As plants grow in veg, train them through the screen till you basically have two walls of green.
5. Flower.

what cfm should i use for the venting

any opinions about this setup? i need to know what cfm to use for venting????

i think you should run 2 lights, either 200 watters or 250's, it would get more coverage to more of your plants. plus if the one light failed for some reason you would have another with the 2 light setup. but the one light setup will fuck up your lighting schedule. I like your revised setup other than that.
