I want to try a vertical grow. Good luck. I've seen others that put a screen around the light and just let the plants grow into it instead of trying to move the plants all the time. Like chicken-wire around tomato plants, but around the light. You should be alright though if you are two weeks into flower they won't get a whole bigger.
