Venting idea when renting a place

Hi there,
I've recently been thinking of the best ways to vent air out of a grow room when it comes to heat. (i understand the concepts of ducting but haven't had the experience that i believe others have.
I've got three ideas of how to cool my 5x7x7 tent. In it is 2, 1000 hps lights and some cfls. (in the future i may add more lights who knows)
I am a legal patient so hiding my smell isnt as important as reducing it just for comfort purposes as well as being respectful to any neighbors.
Now since i will be moving out of my current place and either renting a house or might end up in an apartment.

Now if it ends up being a house with easy to work attics/pre-existing vent setup then i will just make typical ducting work but if that is not the case i am wondering if either of these two options will work to avoid damaging the home/apartment.

My first idea involves using two airconditioning units. One would bring in outside air (which is typically 70-80) it can even cool it for the intake and which would be ducted right into the tent. The other airconditioner would be used as an exhaust (this would just be for exterior viewing pleasure to avoid the out of the norm grow room look that upsets the neighborhood.) There would be a carbon filter connected to the lines and draw that heat out.

The other idea involved using one airconditioner as an intake and then connecting it to the tent and imedietly drawing the air through the lights then openly into the tent(this could be swaped in exchange for just drawing the cold air into the tents and not ducting the lights) The trade off here is whether it is best to cool the lights or cool the room. The twist off this that forms my third idea is to exhaust into the central air system (or existing heating system if turned off due to it being the summer time). This would allow me to use the entire house/apt to disperse and counteract the heat.

thoughts/opinions thanks
