Venting. Have to vent outside?

If I am looking to flower like 4 plants (max, maybe less) with a CFL set up (I know ppl pimp HPS, but it's not an option right now) do I have to have a vent that connects outside?

I own my house, but its brick and I dont really feel like doing any real demo work. I have done a lot of looking, but I cant find any really good exhaust construction info.

If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

no!you do nothave to vent outside..

thru the floor would be the most ideal, so the heat disperses underneath the house. this helps prevent againt ROR heat detectors used by authorites to locate grows. that is if ur illegal.

Its in the basement/garage. The area is a 4Hx4Wx6D area underneath the stairs. Only place to exhaust is into an attached closet type area which is attached to the garage.
