Ventillation, heating cooling working together

Hey guys,

First up thanks for all the great info on here. Got a few outdoor grows under my belt, time to go hydro. Ive settled on a 2 bucket RDWC so i can incorporate a chiller. Grow space is a partitioned area inside a tin shed, 5ft long, 2.5ft wide, 6ft high. Ive got 2x 360W HPS lamps for free im using, plus a 6in CAN fan and filter.

Just trying to figure out an efficient way to cool/heat. Say if i go mini split, wont the ventilation system continuously remove the cooler/hotter air?

I live in australia, where outdoor temps can reach over 100F so wanna get this sorted before i proceed.

I live in the hot ass desert part of Arizona and I have figured out one thing, direct and especially afternoon sun is a killer but under a mequite tree I get partial shade thruout the day and plants do well even in 110+ because the tree breaks the heat a bit as well as keeping temps up in the winter, Ok mate, what I'm saying is if you can get shade on the shed, you should have smooth sailing but I'd definitely keep the air flowin and from my experience,(even though I've been told the opposite)my indicas did a little better with the heat than hazes I had out there, I'm just a bloke in a different desert who doesn't know shit basically, but if you can, a shade tree is a 10- 20 degree f saver in the shit heat, dig?

Thanks man! That's a good idea, I'm growing white widow, 60/40 sativa indica I think, probably can't afford to run a/c neways.... So u get decent yields in that heat?

well if you can keep em healthy enough thru veg, in my experience once plants start flowering, as long as nutes are available and everything, once flowering started they seemed to really thrive(shorter days, less heat) And I had small plants but yields were enough to keep me in smoke, maybe 6-9 plants total, yields varied from 1/8 to oz but dude I was more newbie then, Now that I know I can grow under that mesquite tree, I'm gonna be hoping for much bigger yields this year because I started plants outside already for next fall harvest, Thats why I emphasie that tree, without it, I wouldn't have had a harvest in octoberish worth anything, and if you put plants out here in september they start flowering so in that shed you'll have a little more control but throw some stragglers outside and who knows ya know
