Ventilation

If I have a 6" can fan pulling thru a carbon filter to exhaust the air out of my grow room.

Will the negative air pressure be enough to overcome an inlet hepa filter like an ideal air 6" box?

Or will I need two fans, one for exhaust and intake?

IMO I'd say you would be better off using two

Agree ^^. HEPA by design requires some high pressure.
