Ventilation of Closed Closet During Flowering

Okay, so I'm at the flowering stage of my first plant. My grow closet is your typical closet size: four or so feet deep and wide. During the 12 hour dark period, I close the door and place a towel at the bottom of the door because that's the only spot that isn't light tight. What I'm worried about is the same air being in there all 12 hours being a problem for the plant's growth. Aside from constructing some complicated vent system (not an option, in an apartment), do I need to do anything to get some new air circulating in there during the dark period? If I do, what can I do? I could move the fan in there, but I don't know if that solves the problem.

Right now, she is very healthy looking and has some nice looking early buds. Growth, color, strength are all good.

I'm currently in the same position but I deal with the light leak at the bottom at night. It's prolly not the best for an early flowering plant but it's what I have to deal with now. Good luck though man. If I figure anything out I'll hit you up

I luckily have the same situation but eventually cut a hole in the ceiling to vent the exhausted air outside the tent. I leave the door shut and crack draws cool air in from so can't cover it. Good luck.

I've been super close to cutting a hole in the top of my closet also but I live in an apartment and I'm just not sure how much that would screw my deposit. One thing I did was got a window fan and put it on the exchange setting so there was a good circulation of air but it doesn't compare to an online fan

Wats up... You need air circulation thru all stages veg and bloom.

From my knowledge u can cut a hole in ur wall that goes in ur attic and get a inline fan and Blow the air in or out of the closet. I prefer getting fresh air
from somewhere ...

My closet grow has never had ventilation, period. I have a fan in there to move air around, but my ventilation is the doors being open. I painted the inside of my closet with Killz, have a small fan for air circulation and a couple of damp rid buckets to keep humidity under control. Never have had any issues.

probably not a problem as it's dark and not heating up, and they're in a more dormant, sleeping state. I doubt it's completely airtight anyway, there's likely small cracks air's moving in and out of slowly.
