ventilation fans

what size is good enough to get the job done but be quiet?

What size room? need more info.

need a whole lot of info, room size, lighting, budget, etc.

okay, specs are at the most itll be 29'tallx26'longx21' wide split in 2 compartments, 1 for veg 1 for flower. with 2 plants each with a scrog setup using cfls.

is that supposed to be feet or inches!? if it's feet...thats a fuckin huge room! but i'm gonna assume you meant inches, so maybe 2-3 120mm fans per compartment, should be abl to keep it stable in there!

how do you power up a computer fan with out the computer

you can wire them up with old phone chargers and stuff like that! oh, and check this site out, got some pretty cheap case fans!
