Some one please help im startin my own grow room in a bed room in my one beed room apt ill be growing 24 plants in a hydro kit with 2 1000watt hps lights . how do i setup the exhaust fans and incline fans fo the lights i cant cut holes for the exhaust and such and even if i could where would i send it !!! some one please help!!!

First off why would you wanna grow 24 plants in a one bedroom apt?? Thats not enough room first off!!
i agree 24 plants are alot for an apartment period. Flowering them put out such an odor that someone will probably call the cops. Unless everyone in your apartment grows too lol. With just one 1000 watt hps you've got the right light for a nice crop so with the right care and proper nutes 3-4 plants max would be good for you. as far as the ventilation opening a window and fans might be enough for an apartment plus buying odor emlinating cfl's ( cheap) and ozone generator's would help ALOT on smell. The really nice ones are expensive but well worth it.

I don't think it'd be smart to leave a window open unless youre in the middle of nowhere. You could buy an ac unit for the window! My caregiver has a room with 24 plants and 4 1000w lights and has and ac in the window with an exhaust outside the back window (this has inline fan with carbon filter). Cover ALL windows, you don't need snoopers.

IMO first you need to ask yourself can I tend 24 plants? And have you over done that kind of growing? Because; let me share with you. It is a pain in the ass.
You will spend a lot of time in your room messing with your plants. I hope you know what you are in for. But if you are going to do it, here is the answer to your question.
First you need to determine how many sq ft you have in the room. Then, do the calculation to determine how many lumens per sq ft your light is emiting.
That answers the first part. Next, get two air cooled hoods and a inline fan and suck cold air from outside your room drag it across your sealed lights and release it outside the room again. "that will help keep temps down.
You will need to keep the room in the 70's with the lights on and fans running, I promise it is harder than you think it is. Try a ventless room air conditioner. Make sure to get a temp and humitity gauge "7.00"at Wally World.
Get some good beans or clones and have at it. There are a million things I could tell you, but it is trial and error.
