I find most pH issues are to do with watering habits. Too dry or too wet fuck the pH about.
Veins turning yellow, leaves curling and strange leaves on the top.

I'd say that plant is going into veg again. The odd shaped leaves on top is usually a signifier. Do you have any light leaks or interruptions to light cycle?
Had a few plants go into veg three weeks into flower due to a light not turning off 100%, and it popped leaves like this. Smooth, shiny, looked like nitrogen toxicity.

Yeah I had some struggle with my programmed switch .. so it got between 11h30 and 12h30 of light per day...
What could be the consequence for theses girls going back into veg ?
