If you are flushing to remove excess nutrients from the flower, and give it a better smoke, then there’s no point because flushing only helps pull the salts out of the soil, not the plant. There’s nothing wrong with cutting off the feeding toward the end. I used to stop feeding toward the end, but now I just feed until the last week, because I’ve stopped feeding too early before by accident .
