vegging under fluoros

hey all,
im about to start a grow and am wondering what kind of bulbs to use for my veg chamber. I have a t8 fluorescent shop light. Some people say they veg with both cool white bulbs and daylight bulbs. and some people say its better to use just cool white bulbs for Veg. Does anyone experienced with this matter know a reasonable answer?

i use daylights which are 6500k

I use the cool blue T5's for veg, keep them 3-5 inches above your plants and they will grow nice and tight. No stretching at all.

I can't remember the color temp, but the blue spectrum helps the plant during veg.

GDP vegged for a month under 4 4' T8's (It was my first plant, I used 2 of the plant bulbs and 2 cool white bulbs. Just keep the light close to prevent stretching. That is her at day 57 I believe of flower.

My moms I keep under t5's, I have them on adjustable hangers and move as they grow. The ATF mom(left one on right rack) grew from 14" to 40" in a month!
