Vegged clones are malformed with retarded growth

This is my first grow as a medical marijuana patient. I haven't posted much on here, but I spend alot of my time on this board doing my homework.
I've made and worked thru alot of mistakes, and with all the great people and info on this board, I have had a pretty successful grow...so far.
Without making this post too long....I started my grow by germinating standard seed. I topped them above the 2nd node when they were 5-6 nodes high.
This made it very difficult to determine sex in the veg state and they got very large in the veg room and didn't show preflowers.
I made a couple of unsuccessful attempts at taking clones while they were in the veg state, but each attempt failed.(rockwool cubes).

Without knowing the sex of my plants, I moved them into the flowering room.
I built an aeroponic cloner and took some more clones off of the females, 1.5 weeks into flowering. The plants had showed there sex at this point.
They did great in the cloner. 7 out of 8 were very healthy, with roots in 1.5 weeks.
I re-set up my veg room, and moved the clones into veg.

They grew very fast.....BUT... alot of the fan leaves are single, triples....and the nodes don't seem to be developing.
I knew the risk of taking clones in the flowering stage, but I had no choice.
Question is...should I let these plants grow or tear them down and start again with seed?? Not sure what to do???

BTW..The two females in my flowering room are TREES, with about two weeks till harvest. Sorry..strain is Master Kush.
Thanks........

Leave them alone and wait. Often normal leaf structure will occur as the plant grows a larger root system. NO NUTRIENTS!

Sorry, I really didnt say how far along they were in veg.
They are in the third week and about 20 inches tall. Probably ready for flowering.
And they have a very well established root system at this point.
This is a RDWC hydro set-up.(I didn't mention that)
Im realizing the expense of growing. Nutes/electricity etc........so If these plants aren't going to be productive..I don't want to chance it.

Thanks hotrodharley

they get fewer blades on leaves when they go to flower then reveg, the normal growth will come back in a week or so. Same sorta thing happened to me recently, I left a few clones in the flower room for 3 days and it was enough to mess them up. they do recover to basically normal tho so just keep em happy.

Hey, Thanks Guys for the quick responses and support! I really appreciate it.
Id like to take some pictures of my flowering plants and post them...but im concerned about security.
I don't know that much about signatures that can be traced back? I'll have to figure that out later.

Thanks Again!

You should post da pic I like looking at other growers f up's and successes are great it's hard to say without the pic if they're really retarded or what it's a lot easier with the pic 20" is going to be 6' plant plus the pot and dirt is usually 1' plus clearance for the light depending on the size of the light how much headroom to you have I flower at 12"-15" smaller plants you'll get higher quality buds:lol:

I will try and post some pics of my plants.
And I really didn't want my plants to get that big in the veg room either, but my 6 foot master kushes in the flowering room are....Taking foooorrreeevvveeerr to finish. I didn't anticipate the 10-12 weeks of flowering time required for master kush. And Im growing hydro, so they grow very fast. Veg room is way ahead of my flowering room.
Like I said...Im new at this and learning as I go.

when you take cuttings from plants that have been in flower they will have to reveg and this makes for some weird growth, strange leafs. it also adds 10-20 days on to a proper veg. try to take your cuttings from plants before they go into flower they will grow faster and stronger with less stress.

Yeah....I tried. Im new at this. I attempted two rounds of clones(in roockwool) with bad results.... while they were in veg.

I had no choice but to put them into flower, they were huge by the time I was done f'ing around..trying to clone..Twice.

It wasn't until I built an aeroponic cloner, that I was successful at getting a good batch of clones.

Unfortunetly, they were a week and a half into flowering, and they had shown their sex.
