Should i feed once a week or every time i water....wen i i go untill 15% run off then let it try up and do it again should i add nutes every time i do this or every other time?

You gotta watch your plants. If you've got the right heat, humidity and light you can feed with every watering. Start low on your PPMs, something like 400-500. If plants start looking dark green or clawing. Back off for a week or so.
