Veg under T5 or HPS?!?!

ok everyone hello! so i have 4 plants that have been vegging almost 7 weeks. at week 6 i transplanted them into 15 gallon smartpots and all have been under LST method (its awesome btw) lol for the first 6 weeks they were under a T5 48 but when i transplanted them i moved into a bigger tent 7x7x7 cause these are going to turn into trees!!!! . and theyre under TWO 1000w HPS in magnum xxxl reflectors. the ballast i can control the wattage from 400 - 600 - 1000 - and turbo. I have them set at 1000watts and have been for the past week.....Is it going to be ok to continue veg my plants another 5 weeks under these his bulbs? total of a 12 week veg

I can't tell you anything about HPS but t-5's are great for isolating light. I use coral bulbs so I can eliminate all wasted light since T-5's don't penetrate as well but I could make a pretty good argument that from start to finish, T-5's CAN have better quality bud, but def not quantity.

T5's and T8's w/ daylight spectrum tubes in my experience are the best for vegetative growth
