I honestly wouldn't even consider those "vegging" yet. They are still seedlings until they get their first real leaves.

Would you guys say it’s time to transplant them to a bigger pot? And how much longer for veg? I’m thinking another two weeks but in a 5 gallon fabric pot?

I say do four plants, veg them for 10-12 weeks.
