Veg time, height and yield?

There's a saying that you can achieve approx 1g per 1 watt, so e.g 1000w HPS would give you approx 1000g of dried bud. Not sure how correct this is though. I've seen a few threads discussing it, but strangely enough i've never seen anyone share what veg time they had to achieve this result, if these people were experienced growers i think they would discuss it, since it would be extremely vital to know.

For this grow i vegged for almost 2 months, which is the longest i've ever gone. The height of the plants is probably not double of what i usually have (i usually go for 1 month). They're around 150cm tall (2 weeks into flowering). Last grow i achived approx 50g/plant (dried), hopefully this extra month of veg will give me a 30-50% increase in yield, at least.

So basically, i'm wondering what results you people usually get, and how much of an impact veg time and/or plant height does for you (yes obviously plant height can be totally unimportant if you for example have the lamps too high up so the plants stretches, but i'm not too interested in amateurs opinions that takes this into practice anyways).

your not going to hit a LB on one plant indoors... 18oz under 1-1000 is not a issue i hit that every flower but i hit it with 6 - 2 gallon grows under one 1-1000w. generally i hit 3 sometimes 4 on a 2 gallon bucket grow (the two gallon buckets i use actually hold 3 gallons of media so technically its a 3 gallon pot.
