Veg plants under Mh light, then move outdoor for flowering? would this work?

I've been trying to Veg my plants outside, But the light cycle outside is 12/12 right now. So its been going slowwww.
:leaf:Im growing 3 OG kush clones, and 1 super silver hase plant. :leaf:

Is it worth heading to my hydro store and getting a 400w Mh Light to Veg my plants under for 3 weeks and then move them outside for flowering?
I would be growing them in my closet
Any recommendations on which light, ect.?

That's a good idea, but you'd better hurry before it gets too cold outside.

Any fine horticultural bulbs will be great for your plants.

yep...if you did it at the right time of the year then it would work great... there would prob not be enough time to finish them off now

it's getting late in the year. if you can't pull this off in your area, just get a 400 watt hps and go indoor the whole way. You can get a half pound off 4-6 plants this way.

I live in Costa Rica where we can grow all year but same issue with the diminishing daylight hours. So I am vegging my clones inside under cfls and put them outside to flower, the set up works great. Best of Luck to you and your grow.

Thanks guys,
I live in Southern california, right now the temp is 90 and it stays that way to middle of october.
I wish i could grow indoor the whole way, But i have limited space in my closet and i cant have it smell at all.

it woulda workd but flowering season outdo0r is halfway thru.,.,just flower with that light at worst or get a hps.,.,

the buds will no finish growing outside,,that does not mean that they will be half mature when the nights get longer....it means that the buds will be tiny and as mature as they will get... I would be keeping a close eye on the length of the night hrs if I was you and get yr plant inside while its still 12/12 to finish her off properly
