Veg light 2x2x4 tent

Hey I have a veg tent under a 400 w MH.
Actual size of tent
36"X24"X53"

Steadily staying in 90's for most of the day
So I'm looking at led lights.
I am on a HELLA tight budget at this point and don't want to get burnt
What kind and size do I need?
I have a 4 in fan/filter combo venting out
Just vegging 4-6 plants on a 4 week cycle.
I'm not trying to spend 300 bucks but I don't want to go so cheap that I regret my decision .
Help please?i have the partition removed so it's just one chamber

It says 600W, but it trully only pulls 135W, which is more than enough to veg in that space

Get this and the full spectrum model and you wont go wrong. Right now these things together are putting out like 40k lux and more. My full spectrum 100w model gets between 20k-30k lux, its ridiculous. I have another white model coming now.

1 x HLG 100. All you really need for a 2x2 veg. It'll last you years of 18-24h on time, which is nice.

Or

Like a two foot 4-6 bulb t5 Craigslist or at a hydro store that sells used equipment. I'd look for a decent deal on them basically.

W buddy gave me his old 300 watt blurple light I'm gonna try it out couldn't beat the price

What are the ambient air temps? It sounds like you are recirculating, meaning you are blowing the hot exhaust into the same room you are grabbing cool air from. If this is the case it won't matter how many CFM you have. A 4 inch blower setup should cool the tent of that size. So changing lights may be a waste of money as the heat will still recirculate and temps will climb.
